NIAI and WINGS Beach Day and Water Safety Talk

NIAI would like to invite all the people out there to join us for a fun day out in summer. One of the best way to socialize among community.

What a perfect place to learn where the rips are then at Ocean Beach. Learn how to be safe at the beach for the whole family and enjoy meeting families, NIAI and WINGS members relaxing and swimming at the beach.

Bring a picnic lunch, your families, beach gear, sunscreen, togs, and water.

Already water safe?? Then just come along for the beach day…Look for the WINGS banner and gazebo for shade…

Drinks and lot of fun for all 🙂

There was plenty to see with motorcyclists, cars of all shapes, sizes and ages, dancers, gymnastics, skaters, floats, a band and the grand old man Santa with his contingency of helpers and also different cultures including Northland Indian Association Inc (NIAI) members wearing beautiful Indian attires 🙂

Togetherness on Independence Day

NIAI celebrated  “Togetherness” and “Independence Day” on

13th August 2016.

Diwali 2016

Deepavali is a festival where people from all age groups participate. They give expression to their happiness by lighting earthen ‘diyas’ (lamps), decorating the houses, bursting firecrackers and inviting near and dear ones to their households for partaking in a sumptuous feast. The lighting of lamps is a way of paying obeisance to god for attainment of health, wealth, knowledge, peace, valor and fame.
